Evesham-based Residential Lettings and Property Management Specialists, Johnsons, required the development of new, eye-catching designs for a complete Brand refresh.

In a bid to expand recognition in the competitive property market and develop a recognisable, engaging Brand Identity, Areca Design were asked to redesign the Johnsons Property Consultants Logo and provide creative support for supplementary Marketing materials.

Our Design team focused on building a simple, yet effective, Brand Identity with the use of the business's current colour scheme, a clear service message and a slightly modern twist. The fresh Logo Design aims to catch the attention of potential home-buyers, Property Renters and Landlords alike.

Integrating the new Logo, Areca Design were also asked to create visually impacting Outdoor Signage for the Johnsons Property Consultants Office, based in the centre of Evesham. Bringing some extra colour to the town, a branded Flag and hanging wooden Sign now stand proudly at the exterior of the fresh-faced business.

The new design has provided the foundations for a complete business revamp. Johnsons have since also introduced modern, branded interior displays and new Sale Boards, featuring the fresh designs.
