Herefordshire based passivhaus architects Architype are celebrating this month after their redeisgned website and Internet Marketing campaign managed by Areca Design successfully secured them the number one ranking globally on Google for the twelfth month running.
Architype (pictured) specialise in the design of structures using sustainable materials, working in both the public and private sectors. However, because of the highly specialised nature of their consultancy services, Google did not rank the company in search results unless very specific search terms were used.
Architype contacted Areca Design for help in early 2011 to help with their search rankings, we then redesigned the Architype website, ensuring correct SEO and then initiated an internet marketing campaign, this included identifying the most frequently used search terms in relation to Architype's services, then optimising the company's website and back links accordingly.
As a result Architype have been at the top of the Google rankings for a year now, continuing to benefit from the obvious advantages the number one spot on Google provides.
